We guarantee a 45-minute response to Category 1 emergencies inside these zones. Outside them we still attend — the guarantee just doesn't apply.
Dubai Marina & JBR
DubaiHigh-rise buildings; stack isolation often requires building-management escort. We hold access cards for 18 towers including Cayan, Princess, Elite Residence, and five JBR towers.
Downtown & DIFC
DubaiEmaar properties (Old Town, Burj Vista, The Residences) require pre-notified visits; we keep standing permissions for 12 buildings.
Business Bay
DubaiMixed-use; a lot of leaks here trace to shared chilled-water risers — we coordinate with FM where applicable.
Dubai Hills Estate
DubaiMostly villas — underfloor manifold access requires marking out the bedroom floor. We bring pipe tracers as standard.
Mirdif & Al Warqa
DubaiOlder villa stock — galvanised-steel lines still present in ~30% of properties. Have PVC-CPVC conversion parts on hand.
DIP, JVC & Al Quoz
DubaiClosest zone to our Al Quoz workshop — ETA is short even at peak.
Al Nahda (Sharjah)
SharjahDense residential mid-rise; a lot of same-stack complaints. We coordinate across owners' associations where lines are shared.
Al Majaz & Corniche (Sharjah)
SharjahLake-front towers with shared pump rooms — SPPP clearance sometimes needed before 11pm. We hold contractor passes for 6 towers.
Out-of-zone policy
We do scheduled work in Ajman and Umm Al Quwain by arrangement. We don't currently serve Abu Dhabi — licence transfer is in progress with ADM and we expect to be live there in Q3 2026. For Al Ain and RAK we partner with a local trusted operator and forward the job (we don't charge a forwarding fee; they handle the billing directly).
