1. Parties & acceptance

These terms govern all services provided by RapidFix Plumbing Services L.L.C. ("RapidFix", "we") to you ("Customer"). Booking a service (by phone, WhatsApp, web form, or walk-in) constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Pricing

Pricing published on our Pricing page is in AED and excludes 5% UAE VAT, which is shown separately on your invoice. Parts are quoted before fitting.

3. 45-minute guarantee

The guarantee is subject to the conditions set out on our Guarantee page. Credit under this guarantee does not entitle you to a refund on parts, diagnostic fee, or travel.

4. Access & safety

You must provide safe access to the work area. If a plumber determines that site conditions are unsafe (e.g. unsecured gas leak, live electrical hazard), we will withdraw, inform the relevant utility, and return once the hazard is cleared. We charge only for time actually worked.

5. Warranties

Workmanship: 90 days. Parts: manufacturer warranty passed through at face value. A recurrence of the original fault within 14 days attracts labour-only billing if our original diagnosis was correct, and labour-free if we misdiagnosed.

6. Payment

Residential: payment due on completion. Commercial contract clients: net 14 days from invoice. Late payment accrues interest at the UAE Central Bank rate + 3% p.a.

7. Liability

We carry AED 2M public-liability cover with Orient Insurance PJSC. Our aggregate liability for any single job is capped at AED 50,000 or the sum covered by the insurer, whichever is higher.

8. AI dispatcher

Our dispatcher "Omar" is an AI operating under human supervision. Omar's triage decisions are reviewed daily by the dispatch manager. We reserve the right to override any AI triage decision where, in our reasonable opinion, it misclassifies a job.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by UAE federal law and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
