1. Who we are
RapidFix Plumbing Services L.L.C. (Dubai DED Licence #1074419, TRN 100438207200003), Al Quoz Industrial 4, Warehouse 14, Dubai, UAE. For privacy queries contact privacy@rapidfix.ae.
2. What we collect
When you contact us by phone, chat, WhatsApp, or the service-request form, we collect:
- First name
- Mobile number
- Service address (building + unit / villa)
- Description of the plumbing symptom you reported
- Call recordings (retained 90 days) and chat transcripts (retained 12 months)
3. How we use it
- To dispatch the correct plumber to your address.
- To generate an invoice and a maintenance record for any subsequent visit.
- To comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 (PDPL) and Ministry of Economy record-keeping rules.
- To review AI-dispatch transcripts (Omar) on a weekly basis for quality. Transcripts are de-identified before review.
4. AI dispatch disclosure
Our initial after-hours dispatcher "Omar" is an AI (Gemini 2.0 Flash via Retell AI). We disclose this verbally on all recorded calls and inline on this website. Humans (Asif, Kashif, or Noor) are always reachable and take over as soon as the AI cannot resolve a request.
5. Sharing
We share your details only with the dispatched plumber, our accountant for invoicing, and our insurer in the event of a claim. We do not sell, rent, or trade data.
6. Retention
Job records: 5 years (UAE tax-record requirement). Call recordings: 90 days. Chat transcripts: 12 months.

- Request deletion (subject to tax-retention obligations)
- Withdraw consent
- Complain to the UAE Data Office
8. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies (session). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. No banner is required.

We post version history at the top of this page. Material changes prompt an email or SMS to active customers.
